As a coach, I offer guidance to support your journey toward self-awareness. Recognizing that each individual’s path is unique, my role is to help you progress toward your personal or professional goals.

Throughout our collaboration, you contribute your commitment and motivation, while I offer dedication, expertise, and a results-oriented approach. Coaching includes a variety of professional support methods. During sessions, my role will shift flexibly between coach, motivator, mentor, or counselor as appropriate. This dynamic framework fosters an environment in which you can deepen your self-understanding while experimenting with new strategies to identify your core strengths, values, and skill sets.

My services are guided by the Humanistic School of Psychology and intuitive development methods, offering a structured approach to personal growth. The Humanistic School of Psychology emphasizes personal growth and self-actualization, while intuitive development helps you tap into your inner wisdom for decision-making. This framework guides our sessions. And shape the tools and exercises we use together.

Practice Overview

During the orientation session (free of charge), we will decide whether my coaching aligns with your needs. If we agree to proceed, we will collaboratively set clear, measurable objectives to guide future sessions.

While sessions are typically organized in blocks of five, I am happy to tailor the frequency and duration to suit your personal circumstances and goals.
